1. Pool parties are allowed with prior Board approval. Reservations are required a minimum of one week prior to the event in order to guarantee the pavilion area and reserving the lifeguards required on duty. All parties will be posted on the EPST website calendar. Parties for children shall not exceed twenty-five (25) children (plus any parents). All other parties are limited to fifty (50) total guests (with the exception of the sector parties approved by the board and “Private Parties”). Parties over 50 will be considered a Private Party and Board Approval is required if requested during normal pool hours. All liability is the responsibility of the sponsoring Member. Each guest and or parent, guardian, or legal representative of each guest must sign an EPST Swim Waiver prior to use of facilities.
2. PARTY RESERVATION TIMES: Standard reservation times are for three (3) hour blocks to allow 30 minutes prior to & 30 minutes after the event for set- up/take-down. Times are as follows: 10:00 am – 1:00 noon | 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm | 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
3. FEES: $75 for 1-25 guests and $150 for 26-50 guests. Over 50 is a Private Party.
4. AFTER HOURS PRIVATE PARTIES are available during the following times and/or by special approval from the Board of Directors: Friday 6:00 pm-9:00pm | Sunday 9:00 am-12:00 am | Sunday 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. FEES: $300 for 1-50 guests and $500 for 51-100 guests.  Lifeguards are available if the pool will be utilized. Otherwise, a monitor will be available.
